Work on Saturday? Only our favorite politicians in Washington who must be there this weekend for a vote. According to TheHill.com, "The House of Representatives will remain in session on Saturday to consider an energy bill, delaying the start of the August recess by a day."

I am so sorry to announce that these obligations in DC are forcing this fab 4 to change their plans regarding their scheduled YearlyKos Convention appearance tomorrow.
I know, I know--what could possibly be more important than our annual gathering of the Netroots? That's what I said!
We are officially listing Senator Harry Reid, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Congressman Rahm Emanuel as cancelled and are still hopfeul that Senator Chuck Schumer will be able to join us. Reid and Pelosi will have to remain in Washington because the Senate and the House are voting through the weekend.
Stay tuned to our website for more details as they come in. Again, this is regarding the Ask the Leaders Forum scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, at 8 am.
Perhaps we'll even be able to sleep in!
