The Spirit of the YearlyKos Convention -- a Remarkable Video

Brian Keeler and Mark Bowllan attended the YearlyKos convention in Vegas last year, and together have put together a remarkable 39 minute documentary of the event.

Brian Keeler, better known on Daily Kos as "NYBri," used the blogosphere to launch a reform-based grassroots run for a New York State Senate seat in 2006. He then launched The Albany Project, a blog covering New York State politics that has already received considerable media notice in its first year of operations.

Mark is a freelance film maker in New York City. He helped create Brian Keeler's TV spots for his State Senate campaign, and, as is obvious from the video, really "gets" netroots activism.

Please watch the video. It really captures the enthusiasm of the people at the convention and their hope that they will be able to make a difference in our society. If you are at all cynical about the role of the netroots in the political process, I'm quite sure that this video will disabuse you of that notion.
