Snook is chief of staff to the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. He serves as the Court's spokesperson and media liaison for all high publicity proceedings, including the grand jury investigation and subsequent trial of U.S. v. Libby. He also serves as spokesperson for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. Snook is a member of the District of Columbia Bar. He received his J.D. from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Law and his MBA from the Garvin School of International Management (Thunderbird), Glendale, Arizona.
