After 10 years as a constitutional lawyer, Greenwald turned to the internet and founded the influential blog Unclaimed Territory. That highly successful effort led to his present position as a contributing writer at Salon.com and author of two books on the Bush presidency. Tragic Legacy: How a Good versus Evil Mentality Destroyed the Bush Presidency, was released in June of this year, and How Would a Patriot Act?, which addresses the radical executive power theories of the Bush administration, was released in May 2006 and was a New York Times best seller.
